So here in Canada we have an institution called Tim Horton's Coffee Shop. Every once in a while, Tim's runs a Roll Up The Rim To Win contest. I don't know if it's just me but in the old days, I'd win a free donut or free coffee all the time, and in the past few years, my winnings have been far and few between. It sucks.
